Experiencia fantástica: My instructor for Ballet Barre is amazing! Candice is patient and works with all levels but does not make anyone feel behind or out of place, even a beginner like me! She is quick to giggle if she is not perfect at her own demonstrations, which puts the rest of us at ease! Being overweight, I never thought I could be graceful, but she has shown me anyone can do it with hard work, sweat, and determination. I am sore, but the good kind, and look forward to next week!

Experiencia fantástica: This yoga center is truly a gem in Mountain Home! The space has incredible vibes, is clean, and warm. They even have childcare for several classes! I highly recommend taking one of the many classes offered here ????
