Experiencia fantástica: I am in an online boot camp Kristen is developing. I live in Atlanta and do my workouts here but 100% of my instruction and motivation comes from Kristen at Carolina Fitness in South Carolina. I love the results I see with this program. I couldn't do it with out her daily texts, emails and phone calls giving me everything from encouragement to meal planning tips and online video instruction. I am seeing results after just a few weeks....read between the lines....this is hard work... but her motivation really keeps me going. Thanks Kristen.

Experiencia fantástica: Kristen is amazing. She is great at training and very motivating and understanding. She does a great job at keeping me positive mentally and physically. I highly recommend this facility. I have been to many others in the area and they don't come close to this one!
