Experiencia fantástica: First time customer went on a Tuesday around 1:25pm, i did Hot Barre None, they have a free session before purchasing a membership once you purchase the membership you will need to purchase their mat because other mats can melt inside of the sauna. parking should not be a problem plenty of space, I love that you have to have a code to get inside building for those who are not members a staff will have to let you inside the building. Once inside I was greeted and given a tour the inside is nice and clean. The Saunas are a three person max if you are tall then it's probably not for you as the ceiling is small. The temperature is between 120-130 and there is a screen that you look at while working out. I loved it would recommend. Can't wait til the one in Hendersonville is open so excited.
