Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Elite Course Studios! It's what I call my "Happy Place." I came across an advertisement on IG about the studio, and a little on the Lagree Method, then decided to give it a try. After the 1st class with Rachel, I loved it! Immediately after I signed up and have been going 3 days a week since. This workout is low impact and high intensity. Already in the past 6 weeks I've seen so much improvement in with inches lost and also my posture. I highly recommend elite core studios to anyone willing to give it a try! Johnathan, Erika and the others are awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this studio and workout. Rachel and the entire staff make you feel welcome, encourage you and help you discover muscles you didn’t know existed. My only regret is my travel schedule doesn’t allow for me to go as often as I would like but if you were wondering about giving it a try - take this is as your sign to go. You’ll discover strength you didn’t know you had.

Experiencia fantástica: Literally the best workout you could ask for. I'm a workout acholic as I honestly LOVE to exercise. It's my therapy. I tried Elite Core Studios not expecting much, but it took me three classes to be hooked. Now, I go 7 days a week and if I miss, I hate it as my body can tell. I've tried every workout place possible, and I typically get bored with the workouts after three months. Not with this place. I get a different workout each time. The instructors are great as they know you and want to challenge you. The owner is so dedicated to making sure you are happy and she's also trying to please her clients. Elite Core has also changed my abs. I'm 45 and could never see my abs, but thanks to this workout my kids say I have a six-pack :-)
