I'm so grateful for this amazing opportunity to get fit and get on the path to athleticism with incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive trainers/coaches and a system that is designed for optimum success. I loved my job at the local garden center because it was a great way to stay active and get in shape while being in a wonderful environment. After a cancer diagnosis and major surgery, I was blessed to find people at F45 who would empower me and who could guide me back from a 6 month recovery. If I can do it, so can you! Give it a try and I cannot imagine that once you start that you will ever want to quit.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyday is something new, love this workout! I have done about 10 classes so far and already see the difference in my body. The instructors are amazing at what they do, keeping the energy up and pushing you when you start to slack off.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t be happier that I started at F45. The coaches are great… friendly… great at walking the room and giving pointers and encouragement when/where needed. I love the variety of classes and ability to get in and get out quickly. It’s also been easy to get my friends signed up for a drop in when they come in from out of town. Looking forward to more classes!
