Experiencia fantástica: A really great place to workout and actually see/feel results. The trainers are awesome, energetic, motivating and super friendly. Workouts are fun, consistent and challenging, you push yourself to the max, and a little more :) . I enjoy and look forward to the workouts. Every day is a different type of class so it never gets redundant, you won’t get bored here. I started a couple months ago and I have already seen great results and feel stronger. This is an awesome place if you’re looking for a good workout!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy to say that I feel satisfied I was introduced to Cardio Fit high intensity dance class. The workouts/dance are fun and the toning exercises as well. I highly recommend anyone to come and have fun working out to have a healthier body and health. The environment is pleasant and friendly. Thank you Cardio Fit for the fun dance workouts.
