Experiencia fantástica: Core Fitness Club is my home away from home. The staff is super and the facility is kept very clean. There are a variety of classes available to the young and for those of us climbing the age ladder. To their credit I can say that at 74 years of age, I can still lift 50 pounds and walk a minimum of 4 miles a day. If I am going to get older, my plan is to stay healthy and feel great. The staff at core encourages me to keep wearing out those shoes.
