I’ve done F45 at other locations and this facility layout is so spacious even with all of the equipment laid out. The instructors are so kind and push you during the workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to C/S a couple months ago and was introduced to F45 and legit was the best decision for myself I’ve made in a long time. I’ve lost a lot of my baby weight (from having a baby TWO years ago) and my body is getting to be in better shape than ever before. I needed the extra support of others pushing me through and motivating me. This place has kept me accountable. When going to the gym or trying at home workouts before didn’t cut it for me. Getting to the gym and actually doing what I should be doing wasn’t happening. I love that the trainers show us what to do, how to do it and make sure we’re doing it right. Who knew I was doing squats incorrectly (like a dang sumo wrestler). The trainers and people there make me feel comfortable and really make me feel like a badass. I feel like a million bucks. Thank you F45 for helping me get my body back, and keeping me accountable.
