CrossFit^® 1210

Experiencia fantástica: I stopped by CrossFit 1210 while in town for work recently and was welcomed in with open arms! Coaches Jenny and Laura were so helpful and encouraging and even taught me a few moves I hadn't done before. The facility was clean, and the class sizes were just the right size to get individualized attention while having a crowd cheering you on. I would drop into CrossFit 1210 again in a heartbeat whenever I find myself in Monticello again!

Experiencia fantástica: After completing Brad's three month baseline program I was able shave over a full minute off of my one mile timed run and averaged a ten to fifteen percent increased gain across all of my major lifts. His program was very transparent and communication with him through the process was excellent. I would rate the experience as A+ Brandon Stafford

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing!! The people make you feel at home and I know I can achieve my goals here!! BLESSED to have found a place like this in pine Bluff. If you want more then just being left to your own devices and hoping for the best i know this place will bring it.... And I will achieve the healthier more better ME!!! The support is amazing....this is my time to get my life back!! Thank you cross fit!! Let's do this!!!
