Experiencia fantástica: TTS is the best gym there is. Clean, no judgement, not so crowded, and every day classes. Bill has been my trainer since December 2021 and he has made me feel so comfortable in my own body. He motivates you and pushes you to be your best. He’s such an optimistic people person that it makes you want to be at the gym. Everyone who goes is very friendly/motivated and cheer you on as well to reach your goals. His wife, Michelle, is a nutritionist and makes the best plant based meals that you can purchase there, they also change out the menu weekly. 100000000/10 recommend everything

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Truth Training Systems enough! In just a few months of training with Bill, I have noticed great improvements in my physical AND mental health. He does an excellent job of meeting his clients where they are at and tailoring the workouts to their personal needs. He is very good at motivating his clients to challenge themselves and step outside of their comfort zones. His wife, Michelle, is an excellent chef and sells delicious plant-based meals for a great price. She has a vast knowledge of nutrition and is helping me get to the bottom of my food sensitivities! The facility is always clean and training is very affordable. I’m so thankful that I found this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. It's affordable and they make working out fun. Bill's an amazing trainer...everytime he pushes me to be better both in and out of the gym. Everything Bill tells you to do he does it himself...I like that. Glad I found this place. Progress takes time and I see results in a short amount of time....his system works well. Give them a shot you won't regret it.

(I checked out other places, but TTS was the one.)They are professional and passionate about their work. The gym is spotless and well organized. The group classes are phenomenal, both challenging varied. Bill is energetic and motivating! It makes you want to go back . There’s no doubt this place will help you achieve results! Bonus- the members are very welcoming!
