Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout with great staff ready to help and answer any questions you may have. I especially like that it's much less crowded than other gyms in the area. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Was only here for about two months and unfortunately I had to move due to work. I wish I would of found this CrossFit gym sooner. The coaches are great! Owners Scott and Molly were always very welcoming and friendly. Coach Christine was awesome and always very helpful and you can tell she loves what she does. Facility is in great condition as well as the equipment. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out. Hope to one day come back. Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Strong As Oak (SAO), an awesome obstacle course racing group, meets 3 times per week at the Crossfit Thunderbolt gym. SAO is led by 2 all-star coaches, George "Yogi" Grandolfo and Jeff Wolschlag. The group meets for about 75 minutes at the following times: 6:30 pm on Tuesdays 7:30 am on Saturdays 10:00 am on Sundays Tuesdays are generally obstacle course racing. Saturdays are more focused on competition training. Sundays are more flexible - a coach-led class or open gym. Any fitness level welcomed! The group is very supportive of one another. The 1st class is FREE!

Experiencia fantástica: Scott, Molly, and the entire team are excellent coaches who create a welcoming and appropriately challenging environment to help everyone safely toward their goals. The equipment is top notch, the community of people are enthusiastic and supportive, and the programming is a fair test that leads to steady progress. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!
