Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough how fantastic this studio is. They have a great range of classes! Hannah is extremely dedicated to the practice and I love seeing what my body can do with her guidance.

Experiencia fantástica: Bandaloop is an amazing space in Montgomery, specializing in yoga and unique boutique fitness experiences. There are creative classes there - most recently they added a barrelates which is a blend of ballet movements and pilates. She also has a burn and sculpt class for those wanting to use weights and burn some calories. As far as I know, this is the only studio offering prenatal yoga. Come check out a class! She has a package for all budgets, not to mention walk-in pricing. Incredible group of diverse instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: Bandaloop Yoga is a warm, welcoming studio. Hannah, the owner and an instructor, offers a comprehensive variety of classes. She focuses on having correct anatomical form and “listening to your own body” during your practice. I highly recommend this studio. You will truly enjoy Hannah’s encouraging spirit.

Experiencia fantástica: As a 60-year-old woman without a very flexible body, but a curiosity about the benefits of yoga, I attended my first class. Hannah’s class was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She individualized the instruction for me while teaching me all of the important yoga moves. I encourage you to go to Bandaloop to give your mind, body, and soul a treat.
