Experiencia fantástica: This is the most fantastic place. Kettlebells, dumbells barbells, landmine bars and attachments squat racks a mobile Smith machine so you can have natural bar travel, kits of space at least two or three versions of each type of weight machine both selectorized weight stack or plate loaded. Then; you see the trainers doing the Lords work of restoring or maintaining movement in people of advanced age. I don't care who you are there was enough weight to stop Eddie Hall and watching how happy the people were to be there was awesome. This is more than a gym it's a Fellowship Hall. Many Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: The facility was VERY clean! Sani-wipes at each station. There was a large variety of equipment and enjoyed my workout!

Experiencia fantástica: Just signed my family up... With 5 kids, this is a steal... No-brainer. My kids start christian school this year and they get out at noon every day. I work at night so I'll be getting up from sleep when they get home. Works great because then we can head to the Y for the afternoon ????????????????♥️
