Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Fitness 4U. The gym is perfect for most anyone's fitness needs. I was only a runner before I came to this gym. However, due to back pain I really thought I need to get stronger, especially in my core. My theory is "Use it or Lose it"! Well it worked! I am more fit than I have been in years! I have NO more back pain. I train at this time 1 on 1 with William Blake. He has critiqued me & I have lost inches around my waist, toned up & became much stronger! I recommend this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first gym my husband and I used since moving to Hoover in June. We love it. He recently just moved around a lot of the equipment which made it feel more open and gave easier access to everything, and it is always so clean! The equipment selection is huge! If you’re into smith and cables he’s got you. If you’re into CrossFit he’s got you too. If you need a personal trainer he’s your guy! I love that I can switch up what I’m doing from lifting, to smith, to high intensity easily. It’s a smaller gym, but I’ve never been with more than 3 other members there at any given time, so it feels like your personal space. I would definitely recommend 100% to anyone of any background in fitness because you can definitely find your place here!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Birmingham. I've had 5 different memberships to gyms in the Birmingham area and this is the one I decided to keep. The equipment is of the highest quality, all staff and owner are beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The gym feels like my own private gym with top notch equipment.
