Experiencia fantástica: The Alta Experience: I’ve been attending Alta Performance for about two months now, and I love it. I love that you never really get the same workout twice, and that the coaches really coach you. If your form is wrong, they correct you. If they think you can use a heavier or lighter weight, they offer it to you. They challenge you and recognize your efforts. At Alta, there are people in different fitness levels, all working out together. This gives me, someone who is in the middle of her fitness journey, the opportunity to learn from those who are further along as well as the opportunity to pass on my knowledge to someone who is just starting. That’s probably the best thing about Alta, that you won’t find in other gyms. It’s a sense of community and belonging, and being able to find support when you need it most.

They celebrate the individual's efforts & successes. They have created a warm & welcoming environment that I want to get up early in the morning to get to. Experiencia fantástica: I did the 6 week challenge a couple months ago and LOVED the workouts and personal guidance that Alta provides. The trainers are super knowledgeable and fun and I had great results after the challenge. The meal plan was flexible and gave me some variety and vegetarian options. My favorite part is the people though, goofy and kind hearted folks that will push you to be your best. I still workout at Alta!
