Experiencia fantástica: The exercise routines were amazing, I had so much energy for the rest of the day. The staff and trainers are very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed working out in an environment that was exciting, motivating and individualized to my needs. As someone who does not like working out and has never really lasted at a gym on a consistent basis, I would have to say NJ fitness factory has changed all of that. I now look forward to working out and going to the gym on a regular basis.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to NJFF since they opened their second location last year in Bloomfield and it has given me great results post baby. Its so much better than going to a regular gym and working out on your own. I do the group training because I like to work out with others and I feel very motivated when I am doing group sessions. The trainers are excellent and the staff is very friendly! The place is beautifully spread out so you never feel cramped and its very conveniently located. The session times work great with my schedule. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to start working on their new year resolution or just looking to feel fit and healthy!
