Experiencia fantástica: When you run into a business like this it’s hard to do a review because you don’t know where to start. Places like this that have the staff that truly cares for their clients is awesome. There’s a Lotta good motivational sayings along the walls here at the body shop. They are all true the one ring is the best towards these guys is the one that says they are here to change lives. I would agree to this 100%. I’m used to normal gems the old-school stuff traditional workouts etc. coming here change my outlook on a lot of things. I enjoy my workouts they are forever changing with the advice from my coach Jeren. I’m starting to lose the weight (fat) that I need to but I’m also putting on muscle mass and feeling a lot better. The staff is incredible the equipment is all functional and well-maintained the hours of operation fall within my needs hopefully they would fall within yours as well. If there’s one thing that I could change about the gym….. well that would simply be the amount of time that I spend there I wish that I could spend more and get more in. I would also love to do some other classes that I don’t get to do because of my personal schedule so basically what I’m saying is I wouldn’t change anything. I highly recommend this place I’ve gotten to watch a lot of the coaches do classes and train other people and no matter who you pick (always pick who you think will do the best for you) I think that you will be happy here. And if you decide to go just a standard open gym membership I’m sure that you’ll love it as well. I’m working my way to that point but for now I’m happy to be working with my coach and learning new things. Experiencia fantástica: I just love Tedesco. The trainers are so welcoming and caring. They always have a smile on their faces. I go to Tedesco usually at 6:30 am and the atmosphere is so warm and active that early too. I give it 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Tedesco Body Shop has transformed our family's lives in all aspects of wellness. In a fun, inclusive environment, all are welcomed and challenged to be the best versions of themselves. They provide a variety in the workouts and accommodate all ability levels. I highly recommend trying a class or two!
