Experiencia fantástica: Sam's classes are always fresh and different than the one before. She rotates through exercises and is always incorporating a new movement that I'd previously not been exposed to. The classes are usually a half hour containing a really great circuit workout. I always leave refreshed, ready for the day, and feeling like I've accomplished something. There is never any judgement in regards to my health and fitness journey and often when I share where I'm struggling, Sam often relates with similar issues to let me know I'm not alone! The Royal Athletics environment is supportive and always makes me want to come back!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place, I started at Royal Athletics in June 2020. That place is like family. We help each other when asked and Sam will help with any questions. This place is so much friendly than any other gym I have been to. I definitely recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful, clean, and affordable! One of the bikes even has Angry Birds on it and the treadmill lets you tour various real world locations. Best of all, you can tell the focus is on fitness rather than money.
