Experiencia fantástica: Good balance between personal training and group workout. It's pretty nice having the ability to call over a coach and have them help you even when you don't need it. The community is also extremely welcoming and supportive which does help with the motivation to keep coming back. If working out on your own allows you to cut too many corners then this place is extremely useful.
