Experiencia fantástica: Believe the hype! F45 Hoboken is a phenominal gym experience! 10/10 I started with the two week trial and was immediately addicted after the third class. The workouts can accomodate every person based on their individual fitness level. The workouts vary daily; challenging your mind and body. There are also class times available to meet any schedule. There are challenges to compete with yourself or the gym. There is also an app so you can keep up with the workouts if you are unable to make it in. The coaches (Dave, Dana, Boris, Marvin, Wendy) are an exceptional part of the experience. They are friendly, approachable and knowledgable! They push you in the most encouraging manner. I have become the best version of myself thanks to them.

Experiencia fantástica: Did the 2 week trial and enjoyed the classes. The classes are challenging and fun. The trainers are great very encouraging and patient. It’s always different exercises which I like because I tend to get bored with the same routine. Highly recommend
