Experiencia fantástica: Amy Jelinger is an intuitive, patient, knowledgeable instructor and can effect real change over time. I used to have chronic back pain among other problems ... after spending some time with Amy at her studio (in individual and group sessions) she has restored me to as close to normal as I can ever hope for. :) I am very thankful for Amy and Body Defined!!
