Experiencia fantástica: I've been a part of more than one CrossFit gym in the past few years and what often makes or breaks a gym is the quality of the coaches. Justin is an excellent coach - he is encouraging, helpful, dedicated, patient and a clear communicator. I couldn't ask for a better gym and can't recommend this place strongly enough. Great atmosphere, friendly people, clean space, and outstanding coaches!

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Nassau is more like a family. Justin is the greatest coach of all time and helpful. He knows what movements can help me strengthen that part with back issues. He seems to know a great deal about what exercises and stretches will help me. I would not go anywhere else, and thank you so much for making me reach my fitness goals. It is also a veteran-friendly place. Also, dare I say last at the gym for a year.

Experiencia fantástica: My car broke down outside the shop and one of the gentleman offered me water and beer while I waited for my tow truck. Can't review the class, but there are good people working there.
