Experiencia fantástica: I love working out at Dexter's. Its right in my neighborhood, Midtown. Our workouts are always different, anything from boxing, weights, spinning, treadmill, tire flips. We workout indoors and outdoors which I love! Going there always keeps me interested. Best part about Dexter's....Dexter does service work in the community and gives back by working with underprivileged youth which most people don't know.

He offers 3 different class schedules Monday - Saturday and with the classes ranging from strength, boxing, HIIT and yoga there is something for everyone no matter your fitness level. Dexter and his trainers have opened my eyes to my own physical and mental capabilities by motivating me to consistently work out. They are encouraging and informative in all aspects of nutrition and exercise. If you want to be great this is your place.

He provides a nutritional menu catered to your goals. He will customize workouts based on your goals as well as he provides alternate exercises for physical limitations such as injuries. He is hard working, dedicated, professional and is always striving to grow his knowledge and business to cater towards the needs of his clients. He offers individual as well as small group fitness to make you feel at home.
