CrossFit^® Riverside

Experiencia fantástica: I joined RCF a couple years ago, and had my initial one on one with Richard. He took the time to ask and understand my overall fitness goal, he also focuses on mobility and form, which coming from a few injuries (torn ACL, and lower back pain) is now my #1 priority in order to continue to stay healthy and strong. The coaches are encouraging, motivated and fun ! It’s an awesome team that makes you feel like family!

Experiencia fantástica: My son Ollie joined CrossFit awhile back and I must say what a pleasant experience it has been!! Richard was always helpful, reliable, and trustworthy not to mention knowledgeable and ENTHUSIASTIC about CrossFit. The atmosphere there is one big family! I would recommend CrossFit Riverside to anyone looking for a place to get fit or healthy without the stigma that most places of this nature have!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great family oriented gym with a child care section to keep your kids occupied. I came here brand new to CrossFit after recovering from a significant injury to my wrist where I had broken it and had surgery done on it. Coaches at CrossFit Riverside have been working with me every day with advancing my mobility both with my wrist and the rest of my body and have been nothing but supportive. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a part of CrossFit Riverside for almost 18 months. I love working out here for many reasons. The coaches are incredible at what they do and extremely helpful. I have always felt comfortable asking for help and never felt judged for what I can or cannot do, only encouraged. It is a great community to be a part of and I am so thankful to have found this gym. There is also a ton of bad a$$/strong women here that is so inspiring! I love to see it!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved to the Riverside area and needed to find a new box. I instantly felt very welcomed. The coaching is great with emphasis on form and technique. The equipment is top notch with a lot of newly added barbells, plates, rowers, skiers, bikes (echo and C2). I am grateful to have found a new fitness family and plan on staying for the long haul. There is also some great nutrition coaching as well!
