Experiencia fantástica: Awesome 45 min great results and fun atmosphere

Experiencia fantástica: I'm doing the weeklong free trial and have gone 4 days straight now. I can't speak highly enough about this fitness studio, and I'll try to break down why: The workout: 45 min HIIT classes with focuses on cardio, resistance, or hybrid, depending on the day. You'll rotate through several different stations with a unique exercise at each. Everyday the workout has been very different, keeping things fresh. It's INTENSE, but it's only what you can handle. The coaches WILL help you modify any and all exercises with no issue. It begins with a quick demo of each exercise, then quick warmup, then straight into it. They have every exercise demonstration playing on screens throughout the studio so you never get lost. You also often get paired up with someone that you'll go through the entire workout with, which helps for form and fun. The coaches: Troy has been awesome! Incredibly friendly and cracks jokes during the workout. Even with that, he's very serious about making sure that people are doing the exercises with proper form (and is really good about coming up with modifications, easier or harder). He's really good about coming around to each person throughout the workout and making sure they're doing all right. I'm sure all the other coaches are the same way. The studio: Always clean, wiped down. Never felt crowded. They also have 2 bathrooms, one of which also has a shower. The VIBE: The classes are intimate. People who come are super friendly! Everyone's giving high fives at the end of class, and you make friends with people bc everyone ends up being regulars. It's a really fun, no-ego atmosphere where everyone's just trying their best to get the best workout. Folks push and help each other in a noncompetitive way. Troy even brought homemade fudge for everyone on the Christmas Eve class. Try to convince me that ain't special.

Experiencia fantástica: Love going to F-45, the work outs are great and the people are great. I recommend F-45 to anyone.
