Experiencia fantástica: Life-changing fitness experience! Great community, 15 minutes warmup, 20 mins of intense workout, and 10 mins of cooling down. Mostly cardio-focused with some weights. A lot of sweat and fun. Outdoor classes during the summer, limited capacity indoors for safety.

Experiencia positiva: Really wish there were more class times offered at this location!! It would help to have the built body at 5:30 since it’s a very busy time and to add a later class time as well. Great studio, amazing workouts and coaches. Only negatives are the limited schedule and that you will be doing shoulders and push presses almost every time you go in with whoever is doing to new programming. What happened to leg day? When will we train legs?
