Pace Fitness Studio

Experiencia fantástica: This is now personal training at Lumy’s private residence with a space outfitted as a workout studio. It has everything; a Pilates bar, weights, machines, kickboxing- all equipment you could ask for. You can meet one on one or join in for small groups if available. Rates are reasonable and you can really customize the workout. Having a set schedule and the pre- commitment required for personal training has helped me hold myself accountable and follow through with my workout!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are ready to turn your life around, Lumy is the best trainer to help you make it happen. She is patient while pushing you to achieve your best! You will never be bored with her workouts as they are never the same - she keeps your interest while working every muscle. In addition to the quality of her training she has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with. She likes to have fun and have a good laugh, but thankfully never at my lack of coordination! If you are looking for a trainer that is not intimidating but still pushes you to succeed Lumy is your answer.
