The Studio at Atlet

Experiencia fantástica: Love the vibe at this quaint Studio. I was in town and took a Lagree class with Stacy. I’ve never done any type of Pilates or reformer training before and she did a great job making me feel comfortable and quickly getting me up to speed with the rest of the group. The other participants were all super nice and helpful as well. I typically lift weights and do functional training and was surprised at how good of a workout Lagree was. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.
