Experiencia fantástica: I will continue to advocate for all children to practice martial arts of some type. Cosens in Midland has provided a safe place for my daughters to learn discipline, basics in self defense, and overall boost their confidence. When they leave they are happy, content, and exhausted from putting in hard work. The coaches / staff are understanding, listen, and ensure each child is benefiting during their time at Cosens. Any time someone asks about Cosens and our experience I have nothing but positive to say and will continue to promote Cosens as often as I can.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches at this facility are AMAZING with the kids! My son looks forward to attending each class and learning new skills. Positive mindset, confidence, and respect are all noticeably amplified. It’s great to see the kids work hard and play hard every class. It truly is an awesome program for kids to learn martial arts and important life skills.

Experiencia fantástica: Coach D and Coach Decatur are great with my 8 year old Son. We started martial arts after seeing a billboard for karate on our way to the bowling alley one day. After talking with family/friends Cosens was recommended and I’m so glad we gave it a shot. Martial arts has given my shy and quiet 8 year old more self confidence! The Coaches are knowledgeable and experienced! So far Elliott is on his yellow belt and he wants to continue until he is of black belt status. With the help of these great coaches there’s no doubt in my mind he can do it!

Experiencia fantástica: Cosens Midland has been amazing for my son! He has grown so much, not only in his ability and skill in martial arts, but also in his attitude and respect for others. He has more self control and knows how to handle tough situations at school now. The coaches are amazing! Even the owner shows up and helps with classes and belt testing. If my son has questions in class or about how to handle bullies, they take the time to explain and show him what to do. They aren’t just teaching martial arts, they are teaching life skills! Highly recommend!
