Experiencia fantástica: The pool is clean and a nice temperature and the staff set friendly and also accommodating. I really enjoy swimming at the y and so grateful to have this pool nearby.

Experiencia positiva: I recently moved to Middletown, and I wanted to try out this YMCA, and this is my experience with this gym. Staff: friendly, professional, and efficient. It changed my membership and issued a new card for me within 10 mins. Pool: a standard 25 yard pool, lifeguards pays attention, and provides some equipment for patrons. Gym: upstairs are where all the stair-masters, treadmills are at. With a track circle around it. With all the machinery, it made me feel cramped. Downstairs are the same as well. However, the machines upstairs are well maintenance. The free weights area can use a little upgrade though. It’s a bit difficult to maneuver around the tiny space. Overall it’s a very nice gym, better than the one in Monroe. If you like to workout in a quiet gym then I’d recommend that you go in the morning or late evening. I do have one critique for the owner of this gym though. it’s the staff’s does not intervene quick enough when there is a large group of patrons, and they are making a ruckus (hogging the popular workout equipments, fooling around, screaming and disturbing other patrons) if they can fix this issue, then I’d definitely give it a 5/5 stars
