Experiencia fantástica: Sandra is a marvelous teacher -- students come from miles around to take her classes. I've been going to them for over 20 years, along with Sandra's faithful following. The studio is beautifully simple, and convenient. There is no music, ersatz décor or incense, just concentration on alignment and linking the physical to consciousness. I've been to many yoga studios and am delighted that my favorite of them all is in Middletown.
