Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE THIS GYM! It’s unique, and it has a sauna. I lift weights here mostly. Sometimes, there are groups of people here that take up all the benches but it hasn’t been a major issue.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a phenomenal 90 minute deep tissue massage with Pennie. She was absolutely perfect. She checked in on pressure frequently. Used a great combination of strokes across a large muscle group as well as targeted pressure on triggers. She listened to me and responded with absolute care and even a passion and compassion for me as a client. I wish I lived closer, I would make her a regular part of my self care. If you are visiting or live in Boise, consider yourself blessed to be able to schedule care with her!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing last minute scheduled 30 minute neck/back massage with a very nice man. We can't remember his name, but incredible work. To his credit, he used a blind cane and might be partially blind, and that must be why he is so amazing at massage!!

Experiencia fantástica: A great view of Downtown and Foothills. Lap pool, jacuzzi, saunas ... best at midday. Bike parking!
