Experiencia fantástica: My son (6 yrs) and I (39 yrs) both take martial arts classes here at YOUnique Training. My son's classes are with Jade Martial Arts Academy taught by Mr. Christian Hirschi, who is awesome. Christian teaches them legit martial arts in a fun way, so my son looks forward to every class. The class emphasizes respect and discipline while learning body control and self defense. My class is taught by Mr. Christian Hirschi one day and Mr. Josh Brown on another day. They are an amazing combo - their combined martial arts background covers it all! I get the best of everything! It is true Mixed Martial Arts!

Experiencia fantástica: In the last 3 months working with Josh has taught me so many things about my body’s abilities and given me so much confidence on what it can do. The balance he has brought to my movements and his expert eyes for form has kept me from injury this WHOLE time. I feel so confident in my trainer’s knowledge and ability to properly train me that I bring my husband and kids to work our with him. Give Younique a try. It’ll change your life.

Experiencia fantástica: My boys love this martial arts gym! The instructor knows how to challenge them, while teaching respect and keeping things fun. I've already seen a lot of growth in my boys, but a ton in my 5 year old. The womens self defense class is full of great information. I think all women (young and old) would benefit from it.
