Experiencia fantástica: Great place for a massage! Environment was very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and ensured that I was taken care of. Massage was great and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone that's in the Miami area or on vacation to go get a massage here.

Experiencia fantástica: The most amazing experience ever! Best facial I have ever had! I travel all over the country and this was absolutely the best overall experience I have had in years! From the check in to the zen lounge with yummy tea to the check out. I will definitely be back!

Experiencia positiva: I will give 5 stars to Jose Gutierrez, my amazing massage therapist. He has amazing and different techniques that incorporated many different styles and methods. He hit muscles I didn’t even know existed! While also explaining what he is targeting (since I asked and wanted him to explain it since I was interested) and he showed vast knowledge of the entire anatomy not just the muscles. I only have 4 stars because the spa amenities are lacking and their bathrooms were not very clean (their toilets specifically were gross). They only had one very small steam room that had a camera in it which I personally did not like. Everyone working there was very kind and cordial. I only gave 4 stars because it did not feel like a luxury spa experience with the amenities.
