Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this facility. The staff is nothing less than welcoming, motivating, and knowledgeable. I was a bit apprehensive because the idea of CrossFit was intimidating to me and, I wasn't fond of the idea of sticking out like a sore thumb while lifting weights. Mike is one of the best (if not the best) coaches I have come into contact with. He has an encouraging demeanor and always welcomes his 5 am with a smile-seriously every morning. It's contagious, which in turn makes for a better workout.The owner Pino has the same effect.This gym is fantastic! In conclusion the pricing is incredibly affordable, class members and staff are encouraging, and location is great. Best decision I've ever made.

Experiencia fantástica: Great location and great instructors. I take different classes depending on my work schedule and have a great experience with whoever is leading the class. Never having done crossfit and coming off a year of 0 activity due to injury, the instructors are very aware and teach you accordingly. Great price too.

Experiencia fantástica: My trainer is Jorge at Another Level. Everyone there is awesome and committed. So glad to have found this gym. Health and fitness first!!!
