Experiencia fantástica: I joined Gabriel’s gym at 220 lbs in April with 2 major goals- lose the fat and build back strength in my legs (old injury). By the end of June, I’m at 197 lbs, gained muscle and now doing weighted squats. Gabriel customised the program according to my fitness goals and delivered gradual and strong results. He also helped with my nutrition plan, went along and picked out the right food from Trader Joe’s (his go-to place and now mine too). He’s an excellent trainer, who cares about your goals and knows what he’s doing.

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved to Miami and wanted to lose the 30 pounds I gained during COVID. Gabriel is a determined trainer and he always has a great attitude. I wanted to lose the weight as fast as possible so he has met with me for the last 25 days straight, even Sundays. So far I have lost 15 lbs in the last 25 days and I wouldn't have been able to do it without him. He is great at checking in and holding me accountable. Monster Cast is more than a full service gym because they also offer great recovery sessions with Gabriel and you can have Tatiana, a physical therapist come in after your training session as well to keep you in great physical condition. They are both wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Gabriel is a personal trainer that effectively motivates his clients to conquer their inner monster. The "monster" is an analogy used to represent our internal thoughts and emotions such as fear and self doubt. The monster often consumes and controls us holding us back from reaching our goals and living our desired reality. Gabriel has a very positive attitude towards his approach to fitness and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. His gym is very nice as it is private and has all the equipment that you need to achieve your fitness goals. If you are looking to get started with your fitness journey, this is a great place to start. Always remember, conquer your monster! ⭐
