Experiencia fantástica: I only started going this week and I already love it. It’s small, but it has all the equipment any gym goer would ever need. It’s clean and uncrowded, and the staff are super friendly, give you pointers, and will gladly help you if you ask. As a woman, I feel very safe and comfortable exercising at The Workout Spot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gym in the Grove.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the hidden gem in Coconut Grove! The owners are amazing and they make you feel extremely welcomed. They remember your name and treat everyone with the most respect. The members are also very courteous and considerate to the other members, it's like a big family! The gym is never busy and they have all the bells and whistles. Its also very clean! The offer towel service and you can even shower and get ready for work in their private shower rooms. I highly recommend this gym, this is a steal for the cost of the membership. Lastly, if you go in the morning street parking is free until 10am, otherwise, you can park in the covered garage that has immediately access to the gym's back door. Overall I am very happy with the space, the service and the members who attend.

Experiencia fantástica: Its a great place to train and the three owners really know their business. Cleanliness and masks wearing are key.
