Experiencia fantástica: If you’re considering joining a gym, look no further, ambush has a great atmosphere, it’s clean and organized, the programming is phenomenal and the the coaches and owner are amazing, if it’s your first time joining cross training or just changing gyms, this is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: A new year, but the consistency and continuous upgrades at this box to accommodate members' happiness and success is unmatched by other gyms. As a member of Ambush Miami, I regularly enjoy a sense of community created by caring owners and knowledgeable coaches who collaborate with members to meet individual needs and goals. The facility and equipment is impeccably maintained to ensure that members feel safe, comfortable, and have the tools they need readily available to complete workouts. On those days that I question whether or not I should work out because I'm not feeling up to it, I think about how I feel when I'm at Ambush and after a workout there, and I'm inspired to go. An hour at Ambush is all I need to feel accomplished - mind, body, and soul. Cheers to 2021 and another year at Ambush!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for 5 classes here while visiting family in Miami. This is a great Crossfit box with lots of great equipment. The other members were very nice and inclusive. The best part about our time there, however, was the coach Alberto. He was so good that we specifically signed up for only his classes the entire time. He really made you feel confident in the movements and was more than willing to scale things down to accommodate everyone. I wish we had him at our own box in Idaho. The only bummer was the lack of shirts. Both my wife and I wanted to get one, but because of the pandemic they've had problems getting them made, which isn't their fault. If you're in Miami, check these guys out!
