Miami Strong Gym

Experiencia positiva: Nice local gym I joined for the next two months. I think this gym is good, only if you’re local and your building doesn’t have a gym and you want something super basic next door. It’s a 1 minute walk from me and my building gym is being redone. So that’s why I selected. One of the things that stood out about this gym, is that they do focus on your diet and nutrition (if you get personal trainer). I haven’t seen any other gym do that. I also like the starter kit you get via email… with list of suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner with workout routines… I haven’t seen any other gyms provide this simple but very useful info. What baffles me… is how this gym has all 5 star review (all 5 star reviews are always a ???? red flag… the chances of that happening is 1 in a million). Which means they are either fake or they bullied or bribe people to change to 5 stars. If the membership was $45, yea it would be 5 stars. But at $145… that is an insane price for a gym that doesn’t really have much. That’s like a motel charge the same price as Hilton. For like $30 more you could join Anatomy… which is the #1 luxury gym in Miami… with steam room, chilled eucalyptus towels, cold-plung and many other amenities (with a free 1 month and no contract). I got bronchitis a week before my second month started, and they called and helped with the early cancellation and for effort… I would give the customer service 4 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is fantastic. Everything is so clean and organized. The staff and members are very friendly. On top of that, it has a beautiful view of the park and bay. It doesn’t get better than that!

Experiencia fantástica: The location overlooks the beautiful margareth pace park. Equipments as well as free weights are efficient and provide everything you need for a great work out. The enrollment,payment, and cancellation are pretty easy...actually the easiest ones I've seen so far including a freeze membership option in case you have to be out of town for some months. Just try to avoid heading there during classes time (5:45pm) cause it can be pretty noisy and many machines are reserved for the class, other than that it's a great gym, with friendly staff, and open during weekends and holidays ????

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym. The equipment is in excellent condition and they have a big variety. Everything is clean and the staff, especially Allen!!, is super friendly and caring. Cool community and you can work out in peace. Will be back !

Experiencia fantástica: Love the gym! It’s clean, fully equipped, and smells like lemongrass ???? But what makes it the best is the team ???????? always friendly helpful thoughtful! Coach Emmanuel gave me a full tour of the gym, showed proper technique of using most machines. So it was a smooth sale from the start! ????????
