Experiencia fantástica: These guys have a great place! I've been to a lot of CF gyms, and I've owned one for 14 years, and CFXA is amongst the top. Great people, great coaches, and great facility! I hope to be back often.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: It's been 3 months now and this place has me hooked. Definitely making progress! Great instructors and a great community vibe. Look forward to it every day. Only been here for about two weeks and feel the family atmosphere and the burn! The coaches are really serious about making you successful. Always a demonstration on how to do everything properly prior to doing it. Very in tune with where you are, or are not, and will use modified versions of the workout to get you moving in the right direction. Work hard, sweat hard, get stronger! Tons of positive support from all who attend. Don't put it off until next week, start today!

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere of people and love the variety of different work outs and equipment. It’s day 3 for me and I appreciate how we all do the same work out but is catered to your level. Come on down and join the team.

Experiencia fantástica: Good atmosphere and very clean. The staff is super friendly and the hydro massage bed is awesome. And I can bring in a friend for no charge! What's not to love?
