Experiencia fantástica: Always come here when visiting Mesa. Everyone very friendly and great coaches. Programming is awesome and the gym has plenty of space. Highly recommend this place if someone looking for a CrossFit/Functional fitness gym. Give them a try and help support your local box!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for The Cell! This gym is AMAZING! From the workout design to the trainers, this place can’t be beat! The atmosphere is awesome. I wasn’t looking for a CrossFit gym, it didn’t seem like my style, but the people at The Cell welcomed me with open arms! This gym is for everyone. Thank you so much to challenging me! Experiencia fantástica: I tried out The Cell on July 4th, 2019 during a large group workout. I had no CrossFit experience and was out of shape, but Jessica and others were very helpful in guiding me to not injure myself and made me feel welcome. A year and a half later and I am still happy to be a "Cellmate" - all the coaches are knowledgeable with great personalities and my fellow cellmates are supportive and friendly. I highly recommend this gym!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out at The Cell for over 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else. The coaches are truly amazing and honestly care about you and your physical health. There are always several options for adjusting the workout to meet your physical abilities. The atmosphere at The Cell is super positive and everyone is genuine and very supportive. This is no ordinary gym. You are treated like family at The Cell.
