Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years and visited many boxes. Verdant encompasses the heart of Crossfit—quality coaching for strength, upbeat, friendship, and available to everyone. Come here to get strong. Love it!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most amazing gym! I started here almost a year ago and I have never been a part of something like this before. The coaches never fail to be supportive and motivating. They push me to do my best but teach me to do it in a safe and correct manner. With many different class times I’m able to go almost everyday after work or even earlier on my days off. The coaches here really care about you as an individual versus a number. They will spend extra time if you show that you will put in the effort to work hard and listen. I have never found a gym like this before and never will again so for now I am beyond happy to be part of the Verdant North family and to continue my crossfit journey! Thank you Kevin, Jeff, and Camille for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: Beginners welcome! This gym is amazing. The coaches are so knowledgeable and kind. You couldn't find a better CrossFit gym to work out at! The coaches work with you on technique constantly, it's very safe, and even though the workouts are challenging the amazing community there is super fun and encouraging to workout with. Highly recommend this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I’ve always hated the gym. I have never found a routine I enjoyed, until I started coming here. CrossFit has taught me how to lift and how to push myself hard. The coaches here at North are considerate and knowledgeable, they’ve taught me a TON in a very short period of time. If you’re considering trying CrossFit out for the first time, this should be your starting point. This gym is the best.
