He also has variants to each exercise so that they are applicable to every individual. The workouts take an hour making it easy to fit into any schedule and will leave you with a great feeling of accomplishment. Tyson is very encouraging and will help you meet all your fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: Aventura Fitness is my forever gym. Tysons workouts are always challenging and fast paced. I have lower back problems. It has always been hard for me to do certain exercises but Tyson always has modifications to relieve the pressure. They now offer ozone therapy which has really reduced the size of my scars and gives me more energy through out the day.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson is AWESOME! I am definitely over weight and out of shape and have tried lots of gyms over the years. With the HITT concept my wife and I are in and out in under an hour and getting the best exercise we have gotten in years. I really do not like going to gyms, but what we get a couple times a week is amazing. Yes, I am sore for days after but we go at a fast pace and we are seeing results and actually look forward to seeing what we can do the next time we come in. The positive encouragement we get from the owner keeps us wanting more. Thank you, I believe we have found a new lease on life and certainly a different approach to our successful health.
