Experiencia fantástica: Just finished 3 month of PT with Amir and I have to say it's been very impressive. I'm 33 now and I've made more progress in these 3 months than I ever have in 15 years of pottering around in the gym not achieving very much. The programme helped me to stay focused and push harder than I have before. Knowing I had a certain session to follow meant that I stayed that bit longer until everything was done and ultimately that's what pushed me on. Also previously I would avoid excercises I didn't like or find enjoyable which ultimately left me weak in certain muscle groups. I've increased muscle mass virtually all over. In particular have noticed my strength has rocketed in my legs. I can't say it doesn't take some dedication so don't assume paying for a PT instantly entitles you to improvement. Amir was motivational and encouraging throughout. He had to adapt quite a few sessions due to my availability which was also a big plus for me. The weekly feedback, contact, and daily emails you have with him and management means that you are reminded to stay on top of the progress, given tips to keep your progress, and adjust and adapt your sessions to meet your goals. John is the gym owner who also over views all your goals, concerns, and improvements. He will always stay in contact with you to make sure you are happy and want to know they are meeting your expectations. Value for money is exceptional when compared to conventional side by side PT services but you must remember to be disciplined with yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at CFM since 2018. The coaches are awesome, and do a great job of making sure that we compete at our best while keeping proper technique! It is definitely a family atmosphere, as I have developed many friendships who help get me through workouts. The box is clean and the owner continues to add and adjust equipment and services as needed! Big thanks to CFM for changing my life.

Experiencia fantástica: I love CrossFit Merced ???? coaches and members are very welcoming. Workouts are great something new everyday. The best part they accomadate workouts to your athletic ability to still get a good workout in. Deff reccomend to everyone.
