Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been training with Matt Stocker for a couple of months, the facility is state of the art, unmatched locally in the Lehigh Valley, one of the cleanest facilities as well. However, if you are interested in jumpstarting your fitness, learning to make good nutrition decisions and balancing out life. You have to talk with Matt!!

Experiencia fantástica: So happy my husband and I found this place. Great for beginners and advanced as well. Best part is how welcoming and accommodating they are for any injuries or limitations. Finally am pain free after increasing my strength greatly. Love the family atmosphere as well---go to Trinity!

Experiencia fantástica: The Body Pod was excellent. Aching body parts will no longer bother you and you will lose inches in the Pod also it was a different experience but it was worth it and I enjoyed being in the pod.

This truly is more than just a gym...they are founded in community, positivity, and faith! I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

The trainers are so encouraging and push me to be the best I can be every class. The people at this gym are more than just people I workout with, they have become my family❤️ I started working out here 2.5 years ago and I can always find myself coming back to the place I love, no matter what life circumstances are! Trinity fitness is my second home:)
