Experiencia fantástica: Great coaching and deliberate work ethic. If you are traveling through or are looking into CrossFit for the first time you have to stop into CrossFit Mentality. Side note, the owner is pretty good at everything fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at CrossFit Mentality! As a novice, I felt very encouraged and supported by the trainers and the other patrons. The space is clean and very conscientious regarding sanitization and keeping distance in light of Covid. The trainers were attentive in making sure I was maintaining good form but didn’t hover and make me feel nervous. I got a great workout and look forward to coming back!

The facility was super clean, and the coaches are very experienced with the correct movements. I highly recommend this place to locals, as well as people looking for a great place to train while traveling.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I dropped in on a Tuesday morning for a class while on vacation in the area. Oliver did a great job coaching the WOD, everyone was friendly and encouraging, and we got a great workout with some extra credit work as well with Molly. On top of that, we got to take a pick with Scott! Great experience, definitely would recommend.
