Experiencia fantástica: This place is fantastic! It's a positive and encouraging environment to get in shape! The owner and trainers are so knowledgeable and caring. I have been working out for years and when I joined YDM I met Lina and knew I had to train with her. Can I just say she is amazing! She has taught me so much and really helped me learn proper form and the importance of proper nutrition. If you are looking for someone that will take the time to truly listen to your goals and help transform your body then Lina is the right choice. You owe it to yourself to check it her out!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel like it's hard to find a gym w a true personal experience. It is very easy at YDM Fitness. Tommy is awesome, the gym is clean, and the set up is very easy to navigate. Lina is an amazing personal trainer, I have always found it difficult to find a trainer that incorporates diet and training Lina has so much knowledge when it comes to the diet part of things and how to incorporate workouts along w how you are eating! I am grateful for all they offer here!

Experiencia fantástica: I watched my friend go to YDM for personal training and the results I was seeing on them were mind blowing! I signed up with personal trainer Lina. She is extremely knowledgeable all the way around - body building and nutrition. I love that our workouts are different every single time. And she is teaching me how to adjust my diet to reach my personal goals. I am seeing positive body changes just one month into the journey and I cannot wait to meet my hot-mom-beach-bod this summer!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined YDM fitness in January and Lina is my personal trainer. She is absolutely wonderful. Lina truly cares about your goals and inspires you not to give up. She also provides meal plan for you. YDM stuff and members are super friendly

Experiencia fantástica: Clean gym, wonderful and diverse equipment the owner is great and it’s nice to go if you like a more quiet gym with not that many people ever there. Love it!
