Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for work and had the pleasure of dropping in to Deep River Fit. This is an awesome gym, plain and simple. James, the owner, is an awesome coach and is very professional. The members and the community were very welcoming and extremely friendly. The facility is huge and has an great equipment. The workouts were challenging and very fun! If you are in the area looking for a gym or if you are traveling through Memphis I would highly recommend checking out Deep River Fit.

Experiencia fantástica: Deep River is hands down the best gym in Memphis. The coaches, the atmosphere and especially the other members are absolutely amazing. I would recommend to anyone to come try it out no matter what skill level you are.

Experiencia fantástica: The first time I walked up to the gym, Tyler Childers was blasting on the sound system and there were dogs tied up to bar bells... and I was like... I'm home. Little did I know that James would be such an incredible coach for me and my wife. We love it here. Best gym in Memphis. No matter what age / race / gender / level of fitness... it's a safe place to belong and get healthy. Five stars.
