Experiencia positiva: I'm taking swimming classes and my instructor Helen is very patient, professional, and reassuring. The water facilities are clean, safe, and well organized. The front desk staff is less than friendly. They just stare at you and don't greet you or ask if you need assistance. I feel as though I'm bothering them when I come into their place of employment. How dare they have to actually get up or assist you with anything!
