Experiencia fantástica: I had a lengthy business trip and joined the Box for the month. The staff was great, and the members welcomed me as if I was there for years. The Box is immaculate, and had plenty of equipment. The coaching staff was very knowledgeable and had a ton of energy and enthusiasm. Join monthly or drop in, highly recommended for all CF levels.

Mike and his staff have built more than a CrossFit gym, they have built a solid community around healthy lifestyles. CrossFit Woburn is everything you could want in a training facility: healthy competition but also a great environment for novices and families. Excellent coaching and programming with education on proper form and movements enable a long, healthy fitness journey. Will always be my go-to when I’m in the area.
